He has extensive experience in building high performance teams and overachieving sales results in B2B, B2C and B2G segments in several industries. Also an entrepreneur, he has built a marketplace of food delivery in Brazil called LocalChef, which was nominated by MIT as one of the 10 most innovative startups in latin america in 2017, bringing brands like Coca Cola and 300 relevant chefs to the app. Most recently, Celso has worked as a regional director at Oyo (a softbank company), building the biggest hub in latin america and also at Gran Cursos online, one of the most successful edtechs in latin america, where he was sales and customer success director.
